Insurance

We accept few insurance plans. If you would like for us to verify your insurance coverage, you may contact us or present the insurance card when you come in for a treatment session. If we are able to accept your insurance, any co-pay, co-insurance and/or deductibles will be the responsibility of the patient.

In the case we are not able to accept your insurance, we do accept HSA and FSA.
